Orders currently can be made by personally messaging me on Gratificaketion's Instagram. I am working on a website purchase system. To see our treats, simply find our 'PRODUCTS' section and browse the menu. If you would like to order something that isn't on the menu, feel free to send me an enquiry to arrange your order.

I do deliver to anyone local to Buckinghamshire. I am based near Amersham and depending on how far you are, I can deliver to your door. Please note, orders for delivery must be made at least 3 days in advance. (Please note, delivery to door may not always be possible so collection or postal maybe offered as substitute.) If you live outside of the area, I can post treats (excluding bank holidays & certain dates) via Royal Mail. All postal deliveries will include a cost depending on which delivery service you choose (e.g. 1st Class, Tracked 24, Tracked 48, etc) plus weight of items. Please allow for up to 3 working days for dispatch from the day you place your order*. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. *Note - Cookies will take longer to dispatch due to their need to develop for 48hrs.

Whilst I would love to be able to cater for everyone's dietary needs, I bake from my home kitchen - an environment which contains Nuts, Eggs, Milk, Gluten, Soya and other allergens. Due to Food Standard regulations, I cannot guarantee any product would be allergen free and, therefore, do not take any allergy free orders.

When enquiring about a bespoke cake, please include to following information in your enquiry: - How many people will the cake need to feed? - What flavour of cake would you like? I offer Choc Fudge, Vic Sponge, Biscoff, Oreo & Lemon. - What event it is for? E.g. Birthday, Anniversary, Corporate Event... - Do you have a cake budget? Please know that cakes are our most expensive item due to the time, skill, equipment & products needed to create it. If you have a cake design in mind, feel free to send me any images of designs you like. This helps me to begin researching/creating a look for you. However, I do not copy exact designs of other cakes & do try to incorporate your vision as well as my design. *NOTE* I cannot cater for any allergy free orders - to understand why please check our Allergy FAQ.

Every cake is bespoke to you and, therefore, every price is different. If you have a cake in mind, please contact me so I can create a design & quote for you.

Upon contacting me for a bespoke cake, please let me know what date the cake will be needed for. The delivery/collection can be arrange for the day prior to the event or upon the day of the event. When collecting cakes, please ensure you store and transport them safely as we do not accept responsibility for any damages to the cakes once they have been collected.

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return your order to us. However, as the products are food, baked to order and cannot be resold once dispatched, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please check the TERMS & CONDITIONS for more information.
